Serena Williams read the nomination for 'A Star is Born' among the films up for Best Picture at the Oscars.
Tennis star Serena Williams appeared at the 2019 Academy Awards wearing a red and black gown. Her bodice featured a ruby-red shimmer that complemented the glamorous ceremony that the world knows as Oscars.
She completed her look with diamond drop earrings.
At the ceremony, Serena introduced the film 'A Star Is Born', which was nominated among the films up for Best Picture at the Oscars.

While discussing the movies, she said, "When we are young, we all have dreams of what we can accomplish in life."
"Having the dream is easy. Making it come true is hard," Serena added.
