His family confirmed the news on Twitter Friday night, saying “he died in his home, with his wife and family by his side.”

The two actresses co-worked in 'Roma' and were nominated for Best Actress in Leading Role and Supporting Role. While Yaltza was for former, Marina earned the nod for latter. They, however, didn't win the awards.
