New Delhi, Delhi, India
Trump Towers project was launched in Delhi's suburb Gurgaon on Wednesday with 275 ultra-luxury houses at a development cost of over 1,000 crores.
The iconic towers founded by US president Donald Trump already has projects running in Pune, Mumbai and Kolkata.
Realty firm M3M India had signed a brand licence agreement with US-based Trump Organization to develop Trump towers in Gurgaon last year.
The Trump organization has partnered with Panchshil Realty to develop the towers in Pune and with the Lodha group in 2014 for a housing project in Mumbai.
The twin towers in Gurgaon at Gold Course Extension road will be the tallest building in central Gurgaon.
"For the foreseeable future, this is the last residential project in India. The plan right now is to focus on completing sales and deliveries of other existing projects," said Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, the official representative of The Trump Organization in India.
The Lodha group is developing a 75-storey, 800-feet Trump Towers, sprawling on a 17.5-acre plot, at Worli in Mumbai.
Trump Organization had earlier appointed Mumbai-based Tribeca Developers as exclusive India representative to identify projects in the country that can be developed under its brand.
