The SIT officers of Gurgaon police, who investigated Ryan International School student Pradyuman Thakur's murder case before it was handed over the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), have now come under CBI's scanner as their call records and bank details are being scrutinized.

After taking over the probe, the CBI arrested a class 11 student in connection with the murder and ordered an inquiry into the 'botched-up probe' by the SIT members of the Gurgaon police.

Reports say that the SIT members would be soon served legal notices which will prevent them fleeing the city. 

Ashok Kumar, the school bus conductor, was arrested on September 8, the same day as the murder. Gurgaon police concluded that the conductor tried to sexually assault Pradyuman and when he resisted he killed him. The botched-up investigation by the Gurgaon police since have been laid bare.

Kumar, who was released on bail recently, claimed that he was tortured by the Haryana police and fored to confessed to the crime.  

Meanwhile, Pradyuman's family will approach the Supreme Court on Monday challenging the bail granted to Ryan trustees, the Pinto family, by the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
