Vijay Rupaniwas sworn in as the Chief Minister of the state while Nitin Patel was appointed as the Deputy Chief Minister earlier today.
A total of twenty ministers were scheduled to take the oath for the new cabineton December 26.
The BJP secured a total of 99 out of 182 assembly seats in the recently conducted Gujarat elections. Congress bagged 77 seats.
