Dhanoa was speaking at the IAF's annual press conference in Delhi. The "IAF has capability to carry out full spectrum of air ops," Dhanoa said. Dhanoa added that the decision to carry out a "surgical strike" lay with the government. Dhanoa also mentioned "peace-time losses" suffered by his force, saying they were a "cause of concern". "Our losses during peace time are cause of concern. We are making concentrated efforts to minimise accidents and preserve our assets," he said.
