Pictures from Met Gala took over internet on Tuesday morning. India was represented by actresses Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone on the red carpet who made heads turn in their awe-inspiring outfits.
Turns out the two actresses met up during the gala and even posed for pictures along with socialite Natasha Poonawala and editor- stylist Anaita Shroff.
Priyanka took to Instagram to post a photo where her husband Nick Jonas can be seen flanked on either sides by the Indian beauties."Charlie and the Indian angels end the night .. #metgala2019(Sic)",Priyanka aptly captioned the image.

It is important to note that both Priyanka and Deepika have been regular's the fashion gala for the past few years but have never been photographed together.
Earlier, during Priyanka's wedding reception in Mumbai, Deepika and her husband Ranveer Singh had danced the night away with the newlyweds.
The two actresses have worked together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Bajirao Mastani' which also co-starred Ranveer Singh.
