Who is Pookie Baba?
Pookie Baba or Anirudhacharya Ji Maharaj, was born in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India on September 27, 1989. He studied various religious books including Bhagavad Gita, Mahabharata, and Ramayana and has been interested in spirituality since his childhood.
He moved to Vrindavan, a holy town in Uttar Pradesh in North India, in his childhood and studied the Sanskrit language and Hindu scriptures. After which he began teaching Sanatan Dharma. His family consists of his wife, Guru Mata, his two children and his parents.
Anirudhacharya has active social media accounts including X, Instagram, and YouTube where he posts his advice and interactions with his disciples. His Instagram bio claims he has a Doctorate from American University, USA, and is the founder of Gauri Gopal Ashram in Vrindavan. He has over 25 million active followers.
