"It's our pleasure to provide you with the luxury of deciding what NOT to wear," Bare Necessities Tour and Travel said.
There are some restrictions on nudity aboard the Big Nude Boat, such as passengers must be clothed while the ship is docked in port. Once at sea, passengers can go nude in designated areas, but standard nudist etiquette applies. This means wearing a thong or sitting on a towel while seated.
The self-serve buffet on the pool deck is clothing-optional, but all other dining areas require clothing.
Photos and videos will also not be allowed unless all individuals give consent.
The Big Nude Boat is just one of the cruises offered by Bare Necessities, which says on its website that the company has been working to break down the barriers against social nudity and make clothing-optional vacationing a viable and acceptable option for all.
The company says, "Social nudity is not a sexual activity, and we endeavor to dismiss the misconception that it is anything but natural and beautiful.”
