This Holi, no Metro rides for Delhiites until 2.30 pm

As the festival of colours, Holi, draws closer, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has issued guidelines for Metro rail service operation on the day of the festival. Metro services will not be available on March 2 until 2.30pm.

Passengers will be able to commute via metro after 2.30 pm on the same the day. However, the metro feeder bus services are not likely to operate that day.

The Airport Express line is also expected to get into normal operations on March 2 post 2.30 pm. 


"Metro train services will start at 2.30 pm on all lines and will continue normally thereafter," noted DMRC. 

The DMRC suspends metro train services till 2.30 pm annually of the day of Holi.
