Singham Again postponed! Ajay Devgn's movie to clash with Kartik Aaryan's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3

Ajay Devgn will make a comeback as Singham this Diwali, not Independence Day. After much speculation, the third movie of Rohit Shetty's cop franchise,Singham Againhas been postponed to Diwali.

Earlier, the movie was scheduled to be released in theatres on August 15, 2024. Apart from starring Ajay, the movie will mark the debut of Deepika Padukone in Shetty's cop universe.

In addition to Deepika and Ajay, the movie features a star-studded ensemble cast comprising Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoorand Kareena Kapoor, among others.

Sharing the big update, Devgn, along with the other cast members, shared the new poster of the movie, reading, ''#SinghamAgain roaring this Diwali 2024🔥.''

On Thursday (June 13), during the trailer launch of Ajay's next movie Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, the actor was asked to share an update on the release of Singham Again.

Replying to this, the actor said that work on the movie is not complete and they don't want to ruin anything in a hurry.

"We are not sure because the work on it is still going on. It is not complete. A little bit of shooting is still left to be done also. So we are not in a hurry because jaldbaazi mein kaam kharaab ho jaata hai. As soon as we are ready, we’ll decide,” the actor said.

Box Office Clash!

Another reason for delayingSingham Again is Allu Arjun's most-anticipated movie Pushpa 2. The movie is set to release on Independence Day. Now, Allu Arjun's movie will clash with Akshay Kumar's Khel Khel Mein and Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao starrer Stree 2 at the box office.

Singham Again has locked the big release day of the year, Diwali. The action-thriller will clash with Kartik Aaryan-led horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

Starring Ajay Devgn, Singham Again is the third film in the Singham franchise. The film has Devgn reprising his role as Bajirao Singham.
