Jariwala was rushed to Bellevue Multispecialty Hospital in Andheri by her husband, actor Parag Tyagi, where doctors declared her dead.

The Mumbai Police have recorded the statement of 14 people so far in connection with Shefali Jariwala’s death.
Initial findings suggest that the cause may be complications arising from self-medication. However, investigators have not ruled out the possibility of food poisoning.
