'Sacred Games 2' teaser is out, reveals new characters in the epic saga

Netflix's original series 'Sacred Games' ended as a cliff-hanger in 2018 and ever since then fans have been eagerly waiting for the season 2 of the popular show. Looks like the wait is finally over as Netflix dropped the teaser of the second season on Monday.
While the plot details are not known, the teaser does give a glimpse of the new characters in the show. The teaser opens with Saif Ali Khan dressed as Sartaj Singh then moves to Ganesh Gaitonde (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) looking dapper in a suit to Kalki Koechlin, Ranvir Shorey and ultimately to Pankaj Tripathi who can be seen sporting long hair and big frame glasses.
For those who have watched the first season, would recall that Tripathi made a brief appearance at the end as one of three men who influenced Gaitonde's life. Not much was revealed about his character. The second season will have Tripathi in a full-fledged role. Also, Kalki Koechlin and Ranvir Shorey are said to play pivotal roles in the saga.
The second season will also have Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane co-directing the epsiodes.
The teaser does not reveal the premiere date. For that, we will have to wait for the trailer to come out.
