Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor has been hospitalised in Mumbai. As per several reports, the Dhadak actress has been admittedto HN Reliance Hospital in South Mumbai due to severe food poisoning.

The news of Janhvi's hospitalisation has been confirmed by her dad Boney Kapoor. In an exclusive chat with NDTV, the well-known producer shared his daughter's health update, revealing that her condition is better now and she is likely to recover in 1-2 days after which she will be discharged.

As per the sources, the Mr and Mrs Mahi actress caught the stomach infection soon aftershe returned to Mumbai from Chennai on Tuesday (July 16). She was feeling unwell due to whichsherescheduled all her appointments and stayed at home.On Thursday,her condition deteriorated and she started feeling extremely weak, after which she wastaken to the hospital.

Meanwhile, Janhvi has been busy with workon her upcoming movieUlajh. Directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Sudhanshu Saria, the movie revolves around a young Indian diplomat Suhana Bhatia (Janhvi), who is accused of leaking crucial information to Pakistan.

The espionage thriller also stars Gulshan Devaiah, Roshan Mathew, Adil Hussain and Rajesh Tailang among others. The movie is scheduled to hit theatres on August 2.

Apart from Ulajh, Janhvi is working for Devara Part 1 alongside Jr NTR andKaran Johar’sSunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumar.
