<p>A 37-year-old man reportedly died of a heart attack during actor-turned-politician Vijay’s rally in Tamil Nadu’s Salem on Friday (Feb 13). The deceased, identified as Suraj, originally from Maharashtra and residing in the Sevvaipettai area of Salem, suddenly collapsed while attending the rally.</p><p>Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) organised the event to rally support ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections in Tamil Nadu. Party chief Vijay was addressing supporters amid heavy deployment and strict entry regulations.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>According to police, the victim was immediately rushed to a hospital by those present at the venue, but was pronounced dead by doctors. It is quite bloody, we see a lot of blood, something that has become common in every second movie nowadays, where brutal killings and excessive splashes of blood are all over the screen. One scene of Jalal (Avinash) has his face covered with blood. It quickly reminds you of the post-credits scene of Ranbir Kapoor's Animal. And to what, which we can call a new trend, Bharadwaj does not forget to add that element.</p>

<h2>What works and what doesn’t?</h2><p>Based on the book Mafia Queens of Mumbai by Hussain Zaidi, the film arrives with the image of a passionate love story, but that is not entirely the case. The love story between Romeo and Afsha exists, but it remains in the backseat. It unfolds alongside the larger gangster conflicts in this revenge thriller and does not take centre stage. More than the romantic elements, it is the humour that tones down the seriousness of the bloody violence and killings.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Stacked with prolific actors, the movie never bores you despite its repetitive action-driven plot, something audiences are seeing in almost every second film these days. The film is lengthy, and the first half feels slightly slow, taking time to settle and to make the audience understand how the events are unfolding. In the second half, however, the narrative is more understandable. In some action sequences, especially in the climax, the camerawork is impressive and delivers a “wow” factor.</p>

Rakesh walks to the barn where Preet was murdered. We would like to watch the film and understand how the community is depicted, as a title usually stems from the essence of the narrative. We are shocked and surprised that such big names involving Neeraj and Manoj did this and used the name of the community in the title." The film should not be released without the screening. The makers need to get a go-ahead from the community before releasing it. If they get it, then we don’t have any issue with it." "In fact, I also reached out to other concerned bodies, and they too stated that the title is not registered with them. If they would have got the title registered with us, we would have raised our concerns at that moment only. Screening dhikhae bina nahi release hogi… Agar makers nahi mante toh non-corporation notice dal denge aur aage unke saath kaam nahi karenge (The film will not be released without a screening. In a notice to the production house, FMC stated, "You are a bonafide member of IMPPA. As per our official record, you have not applied for the title Ghooskhor Pandat. As per the rules and regulations of Film Makers Combine, you cannot use the title which is unauthorised and not even applied for and granted."
