That is not true. In 2018, Rajpal had submitted a security amount in court and he was also ready to attach his property papers, but Madhav Gopal Agarwal refused the same and chose to send him to jail.”</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Accusing them of maligning Rajpal’s image as they continued to spread lies about the actor, the lawyer added, ''If he would have taken the security amount the case would have closed in 2018 itself. His intention was never the money, it was to see Rajpal in jail.”</p>

During an event with Indian news channel News18, Yami revealed that she first heard about the script while shooting for her film Article 370. I had said it earlier also that Dhurandhar will be a film that will make every Indian proud. I was shooting for Article 370 when I first read the script of Dhurandhar. I know how hard he worked to make this film – with honesty and belief,'' she shared. Speaking about Dhurandhar: The Revenge, Yami shared she has already watched Dhurandhar 2 and its 'beyond extraordinary.' ''I was really emotional. I had to catch a flight that day so I couldn’t say anything to Aditya but later, I couldn’t do anything. I had to read a script but I couldn’t, I had to watch something but I couldn’t. I was just watching the beautiful sunset outside and wondering what will I tell Aditya when the flight lands. I wanted to justify my feelings on the film and what I experienced. Aditya loves his audience and the country and he has given his life’s effort to make this film. Dhurandhar 2 will be an experience that audience will never forget.” Dhar said. A woman who is powerful and always in control finds herself in a complex situation, and instead of lying low as is directed to her, goes out more aggressively to prove her innocence, making her so-called ‘victims’ more uncomfortable. Konkona plays the complex character to the hilt, making you realise how predators and people in authority function espcially when they know they have the power to make or break a career.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Complimenting Konkona in every frame is actress Pratibha Rannta. Last seen in Laapataa Ladies, Ranta plays a more compassionate, younger and more emotional partner to Konkona’s Geetika. <h2>The Kerala Story 2 ban</h2><p>Days after the advance booking of The Kerala Story 2: Goes Beyond, the release of the movie has been stuck in limbo as the Kerala High Court has put a stay on its release for 15 days. On Thursday (Feb 26), a single-judge bench of Justice Bechu Kurian Thomas directed that the movie will not be released on Feb 27 while hearing the petition challenging the film’s censor certificate. The court also questioned the board on why it had issued a U/A certificate to the movie.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The court also said that the CBFC did not carefully examine the movie before granting it a U/A certification. It has given the board two weeks to review the certificate, and until then, the movie will not be released.</p><h2>What is The Kerala Story 2 about?</h2><p>Directed by Kamakhya Narayan Singh and produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, The Kerala Story 2 is the sequel to the 2023 film, which also garnered significant backlash over its subject.
