Ajay Devgn on Monday unveiled the title of the third and final instalment of the Hindi Drishyam franchise. Scheduled to arrive in cinemas this October, the upcoming film is titled Drishyam The Conclusion. The makers took to social media to tease the viewers who are excited for the return of Devgn's Vijay Salgaonkar.
Ajay Devgn announces title of Drishyam
On August 24, the actor shared the first poster of the film, featuring an intense close-up of half of his face. "Mera Sach, Mera Sahi, Sirf Meri Family Hai” (My truth, my right, only my family)," it read.
The post also featured a caption, saying, "Har insaan ka nazariya alag hota hai… mere liye meri family hi sab kuch hai. [Everyone has a different perspective... for me, my family is everything.] #DrishyamTheConclusion in cinemas 2nd October."
Over the course of the first two films, Vijay has gone to extraordinary lengths to protect his family after a murder brings them under the scrutiny of the police.

About Drishyam The Conclusion
Drishyam The Conclusion will once again feature Devgn as Vijay Salgaonkar, Tabu as IG Meera Deshmukh and Shriya Saran as Nandini. Rajat Kapoor is also returning to the franchise. Prakash Raj and Jaideep Ahlawat are among the new additions to the cast.
The third film is being directed by Abhishek Pathak, who previously helmed Drishyam 2. He has also co-written the film with Aamil Keeyan Khan and Parveez Shaikh. The project is backed by Star Studio18 and Panorama Studios, with Alok Jain, Ajit Andhare, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak serving as producers.

According to reports, the team has completed principal photography, and the film is now in post-production.
The Hindi Drishyam series began in 2015 as a remake of the Malayalam thriller starring Mohanlal. Its 2022 sequel emerged as a major box-office success.
The makers had previously released a first-look teaser of the final film in December 2025, which showed Vijay’s perspective.

In the teaser, Devgn's character says, "The world calls me by many names — criminal, murderer, deceitful, cunning, fraud, cunning, hero, innocent, father, and mastermind. But it doesn’t matter to me. Because I understood one thing from whatever happened, whatever I did, saw, or showed in the past seven years: In this world, every person’s truth is different, as are their rights. My truth and right are my family. As long as things don’t stop, as long as others don’t fail, I will stand here, like a gatekeeper and a wall."
Drishyam The Conclusion will arrive in theatres on October 2, 2026.
