Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's marriage has hit a rough patch. After two years of their romance, the couple are reportedly parting ways and moving out of their Beverly Hills mansion, which they have shared since June 2023.
Amid divorce speculations, Jennifer and Ben officially listed their house for sale earlier this week. And, as per the sources, the couple want to sell the property as soon as possible.
Ben and Jen are selling their property for $68 million since it has been recently renovated to improve its aesthetics, as per Mansion Global.
Sharing more details, an inside source has revealed that the Hollywood couple is in a ''rush to sell'' the house, especially Ben.
“They decided to list the house very recently, within the last week. They thought they could sell it off-market but made a game-time decision in order to put more eyes on the property,” a person close to the couple told Us Weekly.
The source added, “They are in a rush to sell it. Ben especially wants to be done with the house. He was never happy there.”
Ben and Jen bought the sprawling mansion for $60.8 million in Beverly Hills, California, in June 2023. Despite living in the lavish property for almost a year, the pair ''never felt settled.''
The source added further, "They rarely have all the kids there at once, so it felt huge for the two of them."
The 46,000-square-foot home comes with a 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom home along with an indoor sports court, fully equipped gym, boxing ring and courts for basketball and pickleball.
For the unaware, Affleck is father of three children Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. Meanwhile, Lopez shares twins Max and Emme,16, with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
Amid reports of tension in their marriage, Jennifer Lopez is spending the weekend with Violet Affleck! On Saturday, July 13, the singer shared a short video on her Instagram Stories, showing her with Ben's 18-year-old daughter.
