A manwas spotted floating on a mattress on a flooded road in the west Indian city of Pune on Friday (June 7), and his antics have gone viral on social media.

An X user shared a video of the man that has many on social media laughing uncontrollably.

The man who has caused many to laugh out on social media was captured on camera by Urmi, who posted the video on X.

In the widely shared video, he was spotted floating on a mattress on a wet road when the monsoon season arrived in parts of India and brought with it heavy rains.

In the 15-second clip, the man stationed himself on a mattress of sorts and was seen having the time of his life, surfing on the waterlogged road.

"Pune people got no chill," the post's caption read.

Someone said, "Pune becomes more eco-friendly in rains." Another said, "I can bet this boy has an assignment due tomorrow."

Another replied, "If a truck or bus passes by, you can surf as well."

The video has received over 64,000 views, 114 comments, and 123 reposts.

Maharashtra saw respite from heat on Thursday with the arrival of the southwest monsoon, especially in districts experiencing extreme heat and acute water shortages, according to news agency PTI.

According to scientist Sunil Kamble of the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the monsoon has arrived in the districts of Sindhudurg in south Konkan and Sangli and Kolhapur in western Maharashtra.
