In a shocking incident, a 43-year-old Indian man showed up at a prayer meeting kept in his memory after his cremation in Mehsana city of Gujarat.
The family members were mourning the death of the man when he himself walked in alive, NDTV reported.
On October 27, the man - identified as Brijesh Suthar - had gone missing from his home in Naroda.
His family searched for himeverywhere but failed to find him. They then filed a missing complaint with the police.
According to the report published in NDTV, two weeks after the man's disappearance, on November 10, a body was discovered close to the Sabarmati bridge.

The family members were called by officials to identify the dead body. However, it had decomposed by that time.
The physique of the body resembled that of Brijesh because of which his relatives presumed that it was him.
It was reported that he had been battling stress and mental health issues because of his financial investments.
The body was cremated by the family members and a prayer meet was organised in his memory.

However, the most unexpected thing happened as Brijesh arrive in person at the condolence prayer meeting which left the police as well as his family members shocked.
"We looked for him everywhere. His phone was switched off. Then police showed us a body, it was swollen, we misidentified it and performed the cremation," stated Brijesh's mother.
It was claimed by another relative that the man was suffering from depression.
The reappearance of the 43-year-old has caused major issues for the police because they are now investigating who was the person who was cremated by the family.
