The YouTuber, also known as Park, has a history of defaming K-pop artists, including Kang Daniel, IVE&rsquo;s Jang Wonyoung, and Aespa, by spreading false and malicious content.</p>

J-Hope is close to completing his active service in the army and will soon be discharged. Discharge day is a day shared by many service members.”</p>

<p>The Seoul Western District Court "imposed a 15 million-won fine ($11,465) on the 31-year-old artist, whose legal name is Min Yoon-gi, last Friday, a sentence that is identical to the prosecutors' request", Yonhap said, citing legal sources.</p>

<p>Police have said SUGA's blood alcohol level was 0.227 percent -- nearly three times what is permitted by law.</p>

<p>Driving with a blood alcohol level over 0.2 percent can result in a prison sentence of up to five years or a fine of up to 20 million won under the South Korean Road Traffic Act.</p>

<p>Seoul's Military Manpower Administration has said that SUGA will be punished according to the traffic law, not military law, as the incident happened outside of his official working hours.</p>

<p>In late August, the BTS member wrote a handwritten apology, saying he had "tarnished" the boy band's name.</p>

<p>"I have left a large blemish on the precious memories I made together with my members and our fans, and I have tarnished BTS's name," he wrote.</p>

On Thursday, he pledged 100 million won (approximately $74,600) to the project as part of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs' Uniform Worker Appreciation Campaign.&nbsp;</p>

<p>RM's donation will go towards supporting veterans who have served South Korea as well as the bereaved families of fallen service members. "I have recently come to feel the dedication of so many people to our country," RM said in a statement.</p>

<p>"I hope this contribution can provide some small help to all the heroes who are committed to our nation and to those working for peace. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the ARMY for always showering me with love and congratulations," it added.</p>

<p>This is not RM’s first charitable contribution. Last year, he donated another 100 million won to the Korean Society of Legal Medicine to support professional training. He has also contributed to the Overseas Korean Cultural Heritage Foundation for the restoration of Korean artifacts abroad.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Since May 2023, RM has been serving as an honorary ambassador for the Defense Ministry’s Agency for KIA Recovery &amp; Identification, which helps recover the remains of soldiers killed in action.</p>
