If reports are to be believed, ace footballer and one of the highest paid athletes, Cristiano Ronaldo is now the owner of the most expensive cars ever built to date. Ronaldo has purchased Bugatti La Voiture Noire which isbuilt by Bugatti Automobiles.
Bugatti has confirmed that they have found a buyer for the luxury car and the Daily Mail reported thatCristiano Ronaldo is the buyer.
Although, Bugatti has not officially revealed the name.
But as per the reports, Juventus star Ronaldo has spent €11 million (£9.49 million) on the unique Bugatti. In Indian currency, it is more than Rs 85 crore.
The French luxury company built only one of the prototype supercar and it is a tribute to the 110th anniversary of the founding of the company.
It was first presented to the world at the Geneva Motor Show 2019.

The design of Bugatti La Voiture Noire is an inspiration of legendary Bugatti Type 57 SC Atlantic.
The car is powered by an 8.0-litre turbocharged W16 engine and can reach 260mph.
La Voiture Noire and Chiron have the same 8.0-litre quad-turbocharged W16 engine but the former is heavilyrevised in order to allow better driving experience.
For Ronaldo, this is not the first as the multi-millionaire footballer has an array of luxury cars which include a Mercedes C Class Sport Coupe, a Rolls-Royce Phantom, a Ujn Ferrari 599 GTO, a Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4, an Aston Martin DB9, a McLaren MP4 12C and a Bentley Continental GTC Speed.
