Veteran boxer Mike Tyson is dong great following a reported 'health scare' on a flight from Miami to Los Angeles on Sunday (May 26). The former heavyweight champion is currently preparing for his comeback fight at the age of 57 against YouTuber Jake Paul on July 20.
As for the health scare, In Touch Weekly reported that Tyson encountered a medical issue on the flight which required paramedics to assist him on the plane upon landing.
Tyson's representative released a statement on the incident and said: "Thankfully Mr Tyson is doing great. He became nauseous and dizzy due to an ulcer flare-up 30 minutes before landing. He is appreciative to the medical staff that were there to help him."

The boxer's team also called out the rumours in the statement which claimed that the flight was delayed due to Tyson's medical issue.
"It's false reporting that his medical attention caused the flight delay," the statement stated. "This two-hour delay was due to an air conditioning issue on the aircraft."
Tyson would have celebrated his 58th birthday by the time he faces Paul in the July 20 fight. Earlier, the fight was promoted as an exhibition bout but subsequently has been given the status of a professional fight. It will be streamed live on Netflix.
Tyson, who is making a comeback after nearly two decades following his last professional fight, will be 31 years older than his opponent at the time of the bout.
The bout will be fought at AT&T arena in Arlington, Texas and will have eight two-minute rounds with both the boxers using 14-ounce gloves.
Being a professional fight, the result will affect the record of both Tyson and Paul. Tyson, a former heavyweight champion, has a 50-6 professional record. The 57-year-old last fought in 2005 and last won in 2003.
Paul, a former YouTuber-turned-boxer, has a 9-1 professional record with most of his wins coming against UFC fighter-turned-boxer opponents such as Ben Askren, Anderson Silva and Nate Diaz.
