In a never-thought cycle of coincidence, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar boarded the same flight in which Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav was also travelling to the national capital amid government formation talks within NDA and INDIA alliance.

Kumar, who has the country's attention at the moment as he is set to play a crucial role in the formation of the NDA government and is also known to change sides easily, was headed to Delhi to attend BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) meetings.

Meanwhile, Tejashwi Yadav is set to attend opposition INDIA bloc's meeting where they will be planning their next move and are likely to make efforts to break the NDA alliance and form a new government at the Centre.

This co-incidence is being perceived as an interesting twist by the people who are speculating if Yadav will again try to change Kumar's mind and bring him on his side.

Meanwhile, Nitish Kumar's close aide and JDU leader KC Tyagi, while speaking to news agency ANI, said that the party is not going to leave the NDA alliance and refuted all speculations that his party may switch to the INDIA bloc.

Leaders later sat side by side

After some hours of their flight, a viral image of the two leaders sitting side by side on the same flight went viral. After arriving in Delhi, Kumar said, "Sarkar toh ab banegi hi" (The government will definitely be formed).

Meanwhile, Tejashwi Yadav said, "Have some patience. Wait & watch. We greeted each other. Baaki kya hota hai, aage dekhte rahiye (See, what happens next)."

Netizens react over the co-incidence, wonder what's in store for future

As the visuals of the two leaders travelling in the same flight started circulating on social media, netizens started wondering what this co-incidence might result in. 

One of the users on X wrote, "Will this flight land in 10 Janpath??"

It should not be forgotten that both leaders were strongly critical of the BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the past. Kumar had earlier even led discussions for creating an Opposition front before he decided to switch to BJP at the last minute.

For the INDI alliance meeting, Samajwadi party chief Akhilesh Yadav, RJD's Tejashwi Yadav, Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar and DMK president MK Stalin are flying to the national capital. Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray has chosen to skip the key meeting.

Meanwhile, for the NDA meeting, Nitish Kumar and TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu are reaching New Delhi. The meeting will also be attended by Shiv Sena leader and Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Hindustani Awam Morcha chief Jitan Ram Manjhi, Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan, LJP leader Chirag Paswan and JDS's HD Kumaraswamy.
