"Had given memorandum to Gurugram administration demanding shutting down of illegal meat shops in view of Navratri," he added. This is not the first time the Shiv Sena has passed a diktat of this nature. They did exactly the same thing (again in Gurgaon) back in March. That time, they had also forced a KFC outlet to shut down. The KFC outlet however had reopened after some time. The meat shops had not.
