The Enforcement Directorate on Thursday filed its first charge sheet in the PNB Scam worth over $2 billion.
The 12,000-page complaint filed by the ED is issued against diamantaire Nirav Modi and his associates at a special court in Mumbai.
The charge sheet has been filed under various sections of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

Two other charge sheets were filed by the CBI in the matter earlierthis month.
The Enforcement Directorate had recently summoned Nirav Modi's family for questioning in the PNB scam after his repeated failures in appearing before the court despite several summonses.
