The Central Bureau of Investigation has cleared that they do not believe the claims presented byfugitive Mehul Choksi and Nirav Modi.

The CBI's clarification came after Choksi sent a letter to the investigating agency refusing to appear in front of the agency.
He said ''I'mnot in a position to travel due to my persisting health problem. I had a cardiac procedure which was conducted in the first week of February 2018 and there is still pending work to be done on the same".
