Even as the budget debates on television screens continued, Congress president Rahul Gandhi took Twitter to express his take on the budget and described it as nothing but 'fancy schemes', with no 'matching budgets'.
Rahul said that four years have gone but the BJP is still promising the farmers a fair price.
Gandhi attacked the government on a variety of issues for which the government has come under increasing criticism of late such as unemployment, Minimum selling price (MSP) for corps.
