Even as the budget debates on television screens continued, Congress president Rahul Gandhi took Twitter to express his take on the budget and described it as nothing but 'fancy schemes', with no 'matching budgets'.

Deriding the budget announcement as only fancy schemes with no matching budgets, he added ''thankfully only 1 year to go''.

Gandhi also attacked the Modi led government for failing to deliver on its promise of job creation and said that four years have gone, no jobs for our youth.
