Seven-year-old Pradyuman had been found dead in the school toilet on September 8.
Gurgaon Police arrested Ashok on September 8 itself and announced that he was the murderer.
The case was finally handed over to the CBI on the insistence of Pradyuman's father, who kept insisting the Gurgaon Police was covering something up.
The CBI recently announced a new suspect -- a class XI boy who had wanted to get an exam and a parent-teacher meeting postponed.
