<p>Seven-year-old Pradyuman had been found dead in the school toilet on September 8.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Gurgaon Police arrested Ashok on September 8 itself and announced that he was the murderer.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The case was finally handed over to the CBI on the insistence of Pradyuman&#39;s father, who kept insisting the Gurgaon Police was covering something up.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The CBI recently announced a new suspect -- a class XI boy who had wanted to get an exam and a parent-teacher meeting postponed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
