Ranveer Singh visits Golden Temple
Ranveer Singh and acclaimed filmmaker Aditya Dhar are coming together for their next big project. Before commencing the next schedule of their highly anticipated film in the city, Ranveer and Aditya visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar to seek blessings.
On Sunday (Nov. 24), Ranveer shared photos from his visit on his Instagram handle. Sharing the photos, he wrote in Hindi, “जाको राखे साइयाँ, मार सके न कोय". For the special visit, the Simmba actor was casually dressed in a white kurta and pyjama. This untitled movie marks Singh and Dhar's first collaboration.

The movie's Punjab schedule will begin after an elaborate earlier schedule in Bangkok, and will be their second schedule. The forthcoming film will be a star-studded spectacle with a stellar cast featuring Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, and Arjun Rampal.

No details about the upcoming movie have been shared. However, as per Pinkvilla, the project is said to be based on a real-life story.
Pinkvilla, citing an inside source, said, “It’s a real-life story from the tenure of Ajit Doval in his younger days. While all character dynamics are under wraps, Ranveer's character is from Punjab, which is the reason for him to grow the beard. It’s a first for him. R Madhavan and Akshaye Khanna play the part of senior officers from Indian Intelligence Agency, R&AW.”

In July, the Singham Again actor made the big announcement. Taking to his social media handle, the actor announced his next theatrical feature with a monochrome poster featuring him, Dhar, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna and R. Madhavan. All of them are dressed in black outfits with serious expressions on their faces.
"This one is for my fans, who have been so patient with me, and been clamouring for a turn like this," he wrote on Instagram.
The film is produced by Jyoti Deshpande from Jio Studios along with Aditya Dhar and Lokesh Dhar under their banner B62 Studios.
