Titled We Will Dance Again,a documentary on the fatal October 7 attack by Palestinian militant groupHamas on Israelis set for a theatrical release. This comes ahead of its exclusive streaming premiere on Paramount+ which is planned for later this year.
The documentary will take a look at what went behind theOctober 7 attack where music festival goers were attacked by Hamas militants.
The docu-film will get a two-day theatrical run across the United Statesin partnership with Iconic Events Releasing. Notably, it will first be released in Los Angeles for a week-long Oscar-qualifying run beginning on August 23. This will then be followed by screenings on August 29, and September 1, in select theatres across the country.
Directed by Yariv Mozer, the film will take a look at what was supposed to be a place to celebrate music but became one of the deadliest attacks in Israel’s history. The docu-film will include narratives from a dozen survivors, many of whom videotaped their experiences.
The film also weaves together eyewitness accounts from more than a dozen survivors along with footage captured by both the victims and Hamas.
We Will Dance Again is a co-production of See It Now Studios, SIPUR and factual producer Bitachon 365 in collaboration with MGM Television, a division of Amazon MGM Studios, and HSCC.
