Perdomo's most recent role was as Andre Anderson in the first season of Gen V, a spin-off of the popular series The Boys. He portrayed a student with the ability to manipulate metal, attending Godolkin University, founded by the Vought International corporation. Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television, the makers of Gen V, expressed devastation over Perdomo's sudden passing, describing him as a charming, talented, and kind individual.

“We can’t quite wrap our heads around this. For those of us who knew him and worked with him, Chance was always charming and smiling, an enthusiastic force of nature, an incredibly talented performer, and more than anything else, just a very kind, lovely person,” the makers of Gen Vsaid in a statement. “Even writing about him in the past tense doesn’t make sense.”

Prior to Gen V, Perdomo gained recognition for his role as Ambrose Spellman in Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. The Netflix series was created by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and also starred Kiernan Shipka, Miranda Otto, Tati Gabrielle, Ross Lynch and, again, Sinclair.

Apart from his work on these series, Perdomo also appeared in several Aftermovies.
