If reports are anything to go by, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been living separately. They even celebrated the Fourth of July holiday apart. And now, it is being reported that the couple has finally decided to let go of their Los Angeles mansion.

According to Mansion Global, the listing was first published by Santiago Arana on July 11. The couple plans to sell the property for $68 million since it has been recently renovated to improve its aesthetics. The white interiors have been replaced with a green-painted dining room, hardwood floors and cold, polished stone flooring.

There are 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms along with an indoor sports court, featuring a fully equipped gym, boxing ring and courts for basketball and pickleball.

Originally built in 2020, the property also boasts a detached two-bedroom guardhouse and a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse. The highlight of the property is its V-shaped swimming pool with a picturesque view of the hills nearby.

Earlier this week, Page Six reported that the chances of reconciliation between the two appear to be dwindling. An insider told the publication that while Lopez remains "smitten" with Affleck, she has dedicated this summer to "health, happiness, and joy" for herself and her family.

"Nothing can break her spirit," the source added. "She wants to have a summer full of fun and laughter."

Last Sunday, Lopez posted a clip from her 2021 music video for “Cambia el Paso” on Instagram, which further fuelled their separation rumours.
