Elon Musk is all set to launch one of its most ambitious projects, Falcon Heavy rocket, which will be the world's most powerful rocket in operation.
Designed to carry 141,000 pounds into orbit, Falcon Heavy is essentially three Falcon 9 rockets in one.
The spacecraftis expected to ferry people to the moon or Mars in future.
Through his rocket Musk is planning to establish a colony of people on Mars.
SpaceX is calling the rocket that would carry all these people to Mars as "BFR" which Musk has jokingly referred to as code for "Bif F-ing Rocket".
The rocket is part of Musk's vision for rocket travel on Earth. Musk has vowed to fly to most places on Earth in under 30 minutes.

CEO of SpaceX Elon Musk has cautioned that the first ever attempt to launch the Falcon Heavy may fail. It may cause severe damage if it blows up near the launch pad. However, it will have minimal damage if it explodes in the middle of the ascent to space.
The rocket will take off from NASA's Kennedy space centre in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
The blast-off is scheduled for 12:00 am on Wednesday.
