Japanese radio equipment maker Icom Inc. said on Thursday (Sep19) that it had stopped producing the model of handheld reportedly used in recent blasts in Lebanon around a decade back."The IC-V82 is a handheld radio that was produced and exported, including to the Middle East, from 2004 to October 2014," Icom said in a statement.

American agencies said on Wednesdaythat Iranian hackers had attempted to interfere in the 2024 election by sending stolen material from Donald Trump's campaign to people involved with Joe Biden's re-election campaign.
