Prince Harry's upcoming memoir has been generating a lot of buzz lately. And, after declaring that this book is going to reveal his side of the story, the British Royal Family member has now shared that he will be donating $1.5 million from the proceeds of his book to charity.

On August 19, while attending a polo match for Sentable (the charity he co-founded), the Duke of Sussex made the announcement. "This is one of several donations I plan to make to charitable organizations and I'm grateful to be able to give back in this way for the children and communities who gravely need it," Prince Harry reportedly shared in a statement.

Harry co-founded Sentable with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho in 2006 to help children affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Africa.

"Our refocussed mission at Sentebale is about addressing the most immediate needs of vulnerable children in Southern Africa, helping them access vital health services, receive necessary care, and build skills to be more resilient and self-sufficient in the future," he added.

As a token of appreciation to Harry's donation, the charity shared their gratitude, citing in a statement, "Sentebale is grateful for his personal contribution, which will allow the organization to continue operating at full scale and continue providing critical services to at-risk youth in Southern Africa."

The memoir, which is set to be released in 2022, will cover a wide range of topics: from his childhood and time in the military to his marriage to Meghan Markle.

"I've worn many hats over the years, both literally and figuratively, and my hope is that in telling my story — the highs and lows, the mistakes, the lessons learned — I can help show that no matter where we come from, we have more in common than we think. I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to share what I've learned over the course of my life so far and excited for people to read a firsthand account of my life that's accurate and wholly truthful," he said in a statement about the book's announcement.

Netflix will soon premiere a documentary series chronicling Inspiration4, the world's first all-civilian space mission, the streaming service said Thursday.

The five-episode show will air in September and will depict how the four-member crew is preparing and then launching into space aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket, in near real-time.

The mission, scheduled for September 15, is financed and run by Jared Isaacman, the 38-year-old founder of payment processing company Shift4 Payments and the latest wealthy businessman to take advantage of the growing space tourism industry.

The final episode will air after the mission is completed and will "feature unprecedented access inside the spacecraft, capturing the launch and the crew's journey to space, as well as their return home to Earth." The show is produced by Connor Schell and directed by Jason Hehir.

The crew is meant to reflect the main pillars of the mission: leadership, hope, generosity and prosperity.

Chandigarh boy Sahil Khattar, is a known face on the internet. You may have seen him as an anchor in many TV shows and he has featured in several YouTube videos most of which went viral and fetched him fame.

Khattar is now making his OTT debut with Sarthak Dasgupta’s ‘200 Halla Ho’ which also features Amol Palekar, Rinku Rajguru, Barun Sobti and Indraneil Sengupta along with Khattar.

Khattar is known for his funny sketches on Youtube but he transforms himself into a serial rapist Balli Chaudhary in his first film '200 Halla Ho'.

In an exclusive chat with WION, Khattar spoke about how acting was his childhood dream and how he prepped to play the villain in '200 Halla Ho' which was released on ZEE5 on August 20.

Here are the excerpts:

Q: What made you pick the character of Balli Chaudhary?

A: I wanted to break my funny image, as people usually typecast. Most felt 'this television anchor will never be able to get into acting' so I think, this is a direct answer to those people.

Q: Apart from Balli Chaudhary, was there any other role that you would have wished to do in '200 Halla Ho'?

A: No, never, not a single role attracted me, other than Balli Chaudary- but I have a regret that I didn't share screen space with Amol Palekar sir, -- he had a different track in the movie so was not able to meet him or talk to him.

Q: The movie is based on a real-life incident and shows how Dalit women are oppressed in our society so what's your take on that?

A: There are atrocities in society and people should speak up to seek justice. If stories like these are made more often, the right message will be delivered. So many times system fails but art takes up the role to play an active agent of change.

Q: Did the role personally affect you?

A: Yes. While shooting for the film, I was not able to speak to the team properly or my family, people near me. The character affected me deeply. To get out of the character, I went to Goa for a month to get out of a dark space. The preparation was tough for me and I'm a funny boy, so to stay in a character, I used to keep quiet a lot and speak less while shooting.

Q: You will be making your big Bollywood debut with Kabir Khan's '83. Tell us a little bit about your role and equation with Ranveer Singh.

A: Somewhere I and Ranveer share the same vibes and he and I were like 'tornado' and the 'volcano' during the shooting. We had fun and we used to play cricket and was busy doing our notorious stuff until our director Kabir Khan would shout at us(laughs).
Q: Did the delay in the release of '83' due to the pandemic affect you?

A: A little, but I also realise the amount of money that is at stake due to the delay in the film and how it has affected them. I calmed myself thinking about those people and their condition, who have given more to the movie. I am disappointed and hope about the movie to release soon and pray this pandemic end soon!
Q: You wear many hats. A roller hockey player, RJ, theatre actor, Youtuber and now film actor. What next?

A: Right from the beginning, I wanted to be in the media but in my life, I have followed the theory of subtraction. I have moved forward in my career leaving the stuff I used to do earlier behind and now finally I'm here, living my childhood dream, I'm really happy with my work and what I'm doing. I have to now stop moving further and stick to films and it is the future - movies are the long game, and I will work not just as an actor but as a writer too.

Here are the excerpts: Q: What made you pick the character of Balli Chaudhary? Ranveer is not just a reel life captain, he's also a real-life captain. Q: Did the delay in the release of '83' due to the pandemic affect you?
In a recent interview, director of 'Aquaman' and its upcoming offering 'Aquaman 2', james Wan, has revealed that the second instalment from this popular franchise is inspired from an Italian sci-fi/horror film from the 60s.

"Aquaman 2 is very heavily inspired by Planet of the Vampires. You can take the boy out of horror, but you can never take the horror out [of] the boy," the director reportedly said.

Although the plot details of 'Aquaman 2' is yet to be revealed, Wan promises fans will be more 'accepting' of the narrative as he had already laid the foundation for what's to follow in his 2018 blockbuster film itself.

"The first movie took a lot of people by surprise, right? And that's partially because they were not familiar with the comic book, which deals in this very lurid, strange world. People were taken aback that I didn't throw all that stuff away and make a dark, heavy film. But I didn't feel that would have been right for it. So with the second film, I feel it will be easier for people to accept where we go because I've already laid the foundation," Wan was quoted as saying.

Three former employees of video-streaming giant, Netflix, were accused of generating $3.1 million in profit by trading on insider information about Netflix’s subscriber growth, according to a report of a complaint filed Wednesday by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The ex-employees were software engineers, who have been accused of the 'insider trading' ring along with two of their associates.

SEC said Sung Mo 'Jay' Jun, a former Netflix software engineer, was at the 'centre of the insider trading ring' and accessed key information about Netflix’s subscriber growth to pass on the information to his brother, Joon Mo Jun, and his friend, Junwoo Chon, ahead of the streaming company’s quarterly earnings from 2016 to 2019.

As per the complaint, Chon paid Jun $60,000 in cash for his assistance between 2016 to 2017.

The report also states that after Jun left Netflix in February of 2017, he continued to receive insider information from Ayden Lee, another software engineer at Netflix, all the way through 2019, which he used to inform his own trading and informed about the samer to his brother and friend, according to the SEC.

Sung Mo Jun, Joon Mo Jun, Chon and Jae Hyeon Bae, another Netflix employee who rejoined the company after Jun had left, also used a group messaging platofrm to share insider information and trading tips, and Bae had instructed Joon Mo Jun to sell shares of Netflix ahead of the company’s 2019 earnings report, the SEC reportedly said.

"In total, Sung Mo Jun, Joon Jun, and Chon netted over $3.1 million in illicit profits from trading Netflix securities based on material, non-public information provided by Netflix insiders," the complaint said.

After months of speculations, it has now been confirmed that Anthony Mackie is indeed on board for 'Captain America 4'.

A few months back, the actor had opened up about the rumours of him holding the iconic shield of Captain America in future MCU movies, during an interview with James Corden at his `The Late Late Show.`

"The thing is, if you watch [Avengers] End Game, at the end of the movie Sam Wilson never accepts the shield. He actually tells Cap that the shield is for him and it doesn`t feel right on his arm," the actor said.

"If you look at, like, you know--Marvel is great at building characters over the course of many films. and from Winter Soldier to now, my whole goal in the Marvel Universe was to help Cap, was to be Cap`s friend. So, at no point in time in End Game did Sam Wilson accept the shield at all. As a matter of fact, it made him happy to come back from time and stand once again at Cap`s side," Mackie added.

Responding to that, Corden shared his theory of the very important scene from where the series kicks off."This is based on nothing, I should say. I think--this is my own theory--it kicks off with you being like, `Oh, I can`t do it, I can`t do it,` and by the end of episode one, bang! He`s got the shield and we`re off to the races," Corden said.

While the previous Captain America films starred Chris Evans's Steve Rogers, the upcoming installment is likely to follow Sam's (Anthony Mackie's) story. Though there were rumblings that Evans was in talks to reprise his role as Captain America in January, it was also noted that any future appearance wouldn't be for another Captain America movie. See a few more details about the film ahead.

Reportedly, stars like Sebastian Stan will be seen as Bucky, Emily VanCamp as Sharon Carter, and Wyatt Russell as John Walker in the movie.

The release date for this latest outing hasn't been confirmed yet, but given that MCU's release calender is packed for 2022, it's likely that the film will release in 2023.

Broadway may have seen the longest shutdown in its history but it has lined up new investors and made big plans for its grand reopening, determined to prove that there`s no business like show business.

Optimism is strong for the reopening of musicals and plays starting in September, led by juggernauts 'Hamilton,' 'The Lion King' and 'Wicked.'
Theatres will be allowed to open at 100% capacity with audiences, casts and backstage crews all required to show proof of vaccination.

Never risk-averse, Broadway producers are already backing new projects despite millions of dollars in lost ticket sales. The big three musicals were taking in about $1 million a week before the 18-month shutdown that began in March 2020.

"Producers produce what they're passionate about. There`s nothing safe about what we do. If we wanted safe, we would be in investment banking, or an accountant, or a lawyer," said Ken Davenport, producer of Tony Award-winning musicals 'Kinky Boots' and 'Once on This Island.'

"This is a business that favors the bold ... I believe we`re about to see a renaissance of theatre over the next five years," said Davenport, who has six new shows in development.

Mounting a new Broadway musical requires an initial investment of about $10-15 million, including wages for the cast and crew, makeup, sets and advertising. Plays generally cost less than half that sum.

Broadway's optimism seems undaunted by the absence of influential producer Scott Rudin, who said in April he would take a step back after multiple allegations of bullying his staff. Rudin has apologized for his behaviour.

Instead, Rudin`s withdrawal has opened the way for new investors, while not deterring big-budget projects like the first Broadway revival of the musical 'Funny Girl' and plans for a 'Dreamgirls' revival.

"It hasn't left a void," said Gordon Cox, contributing theatre editor for Variety. "There are whole groups of people who haven`t previously been asked to invest in a Broadway show, or realized it was a thing they could get involved in. Now that they feel they can, it seems like a cool thing to do."

BLACK INVESTORS

Not everything is rosy after the bruising shutdown. Disney musical 'Frozen' is not returning, nor is the Rudin-backed 2020 revival of 'West Side Story.' The two-part Harry Potter play is being condensed into one and there has been no word on pre-pandemic plans for revivals of classic plays 'Death of a Salesman' and 'Our Town.'

The Broadway League has said it will not release official box office returns for the next few months, and ticket sales for some previously in-demand shows, including 'Wicked' and 'To Kill a Mockingbird,' have been slow so far, according to ticketing websites.

However, seven new plays have been announced for this fall, all by Black writers. Some are being financed by first-time Broadway investors, including co-founder of television network BET, Sheila Johnson, who is putting money behind the play 'Thoughts of a Colored Man.' Johnson and celebrity chef Carla Hall is also investing in a new musical called 'Grace' about Black culinary history.

Actor Blair Underwood and former basketball player Renee Montgomery are investing in the stage play 'Pass Over', a modern twist on 'Waiting for Godot.'

"There is various new money that is coming into Broadway, and that money is extraordinarily helpful and it is also diverse money, which is also very interesting and new," said Brian Moreland, producer of 'Thoughts of a Colored Man,' opening in October.
Davenport says risk will always be part of Broadway`s DNA.

"Some of the most successful and most exciting pieces of work, including 'Hamilton', 'Fun Home', 'Spring Awakening', 'Hadestown', 'Dear Evan Hansen,' have all been shows that, if you look at them on paper you`d go like, `Would anyone see that?`," he said.
Broadway may have seen the longest shutdown in its history but it has lined up new investors and made big plans for its grand reopening, determined to prove that there`s no business like show business. Optimism is strong for the reopening of musicals and plays starting in September, led by juggernauts 'Hamilton,' 'The Lion King' and 'Wicked.' Theatres will be allowed to open at 100% capacity with audiences, casts and backstage crews all required to show proof of vaccination. If we wanted safe, we would be in investment banking, or an accountant, or a lawyer," said Ken Davenport, producer of Tony Award-winning musicals 'Kinky Boots' and 'Once on This Island.' "This is a business that favors the bold ... Now that they feel they can, it seems like a cool thing to do." BLACK INVESTORS Not everything is rosy after the bruising shutdown. Disney musical 'Frozen' is not returning, nor is the Rudin-backed 2020 revival of 'West Side Story.' The two-part Harry Potter play is being condensed into one and there has been no word on pre-pandemic plans for revivals of classic plays 'Death of a Salesman' and 'Our Town.' The Broadway League has said it will not release official box office returns for the next few months, and ticket sales for some previously in-demand shows, including 'Wicked' and 'To Kill a Mockingbird,' have been slow so far, according to ticketing websites. Actor Blair Underwood and former basketball player Renee Montgomery are investing in the stage play 'Pass Over', a modern twist on 'Waiting for Godot.' "There is various new money that is coming into Broadway, and that money is extraordinarily helpful and it is also diverse money, which is also very interesting and new," said Brian Moreland, producer of 'Thoughts of a Colored Man,' opening in October. "We`ve seen some really bold, exciting choices this coming year, and that`s what producers are doing. They`re saying `I love this piece, I love the message of this. I`m doing it, pandemic be damned, because it deserves to be on Broadway`," Davenport said.

The show must go on: Broadway comes back with new investors, bold plans

Tired of long waits for the Haunted Mansion or the Millennium Falcon? Walt Disney Co's US theme parks will offer an option to pay for quicker access to some of the most popular rides, the company said on Wednesday.

The feature is part of the rollout this fall of Disney Genie, a digital tool designed to help park visitors maximize their time at Disney's US parks, now operating at limited capacity due to the COVID-19 pandemic and requiring masks while visitors are indoors.

Disney Genie will be free through the Disneyland and My Disney Experience apps, the company said in a blog post. An upgrade called Disney Genie+ will provide access to "Lightning Lanes" for quicker entry at a specific time to more than 15 attractions at California`s Disneyland and 40+ rides at Walt Disney World in Florida.

Disney Genie+ will cost $15 per ticket per day at Walt Disney World in Florida and $20 at California's Disneyland.
The company will also let visitors pay individually for Lightning Lane privileges at up to two select rides per day. The price for that access has not been announced.

The new line options will replace the quicker FastPass lines at both parks and the MaxPass queues at Disneyland. MaxPass, launched in 2017, let Disneyland viewers pay to book FastPass access from their phones for $20 a day.

The free Disney Genie service also aims to cut wait times by steering guests to their most coveted experiences at the optimal moment. Disney Chief Executive Bob Chapek, who previously ran the theme parks division, told analysts last week: "Guests are going to spend less time waiting and more time having fun."

Visitors can tell Disney Genie if they are most interested in Star Wars, princesses, superheroes or Pixar, for example, and which rides, restaurants and shows they want to experience. The service will suggest the itineraries based on real-time information and provide updates as circumstances change, the company said.

After Afghan filmmaker Sahraa Karimi's video went viral on social media, another director Hassan Fazili has and expressed concerns not just over the safety of his fellow Afghans back home, but also the overall state of art and culture under the impending Taliban regime.

"Even if we just pray or hope that the common Afghanis won’t have to face any execution or arrest, there’s simply no denying that the culture, cultural aesthetics or movement will stop. Filmmaking or performing art seems to be on the verge of destruction now," Fazili told Indian newspaper The Times of India.

"Why am I fearing this? The reason is quite simple. We are well aware of the Taliban policies. They just want to destroy these cultural activities. It has been a taboo for them.
Solo music sensation Bruno Mars has now ventured into the world of bands with Silk Sonic. After releasing his first single as member of a band, ‘Leave the Door Open’, Mars has now pushed the release of Silk Sonic’s first full-length to January 2022.

In a recent interview with a music-based magazine, Mars reportedly explained that he would like to put out more songs and let the songs come to life on their own, which also has a collaborator, the legendary funk musician Bootsy Collins.
"I don't want to be binge-watched. We're really in touch-up mode now. We've got the bones of most of the album, so it's really about touching up parts that need a little more . . . grease,” Mars said.

For those of you who didn’t know, the ‘Uptown Funk’ hitmaker formed a band in February this year along with former collaborator Anderson .Paak, who Mars has worked with during his 24K Magic Tour in 2017. The latter was his opening act.

Have you ever seen anyone donning a blazer over a bra for grocery shopping? We reckon, not! But, American pop star Rihanna is no plain Jane. In her latest outing in NYC for some good-old grocery shopping, the Grammy-winning singer wore a pair of ripped jeans with a black jacket that was left open to reveal a lacy black bra. She completed her look with a string of pearl necklaces, also called layering, and wrapped them along her neck with a chain-link belt. Rihanna also threw in a pair of black sunglasses, a green New York Yankees baseball hat. Needless to say, fans and even the media went into a tizzy when they spotted RiRi dressed to a T for something as basic as grocery shopping. But, then again, RiRi is not your average girl, like we have mentioned before. Now an entertainment portal has reported that Gaga has covered Fischer's medical bills related to the shooting, which was a sum of $100,000 (approx).

"All that time spent reclaiming my body, I now needed to be equally devoted to strengthening my emotional and mental health. With no vehicle, apartment, and having run out of savings and surviving on donations from generous loved ones, I am humbly asking for your help. This is not an easy thing to ask, but I have started to realize sharing your vulnerability with others is exactly when radical change begins to occur for everyone involved," he wrote on his funding page, which has reportedly generated roughly $3,600 of a $40,000 goal so far.

The car, however, is no longer in working condition after two months of use, and his money-raising attempts are dedicated to securing a new vehicle so that he can continue with the rest of his journey.

For the unversed, in February, Fischer was shot in the chest while he walked three of Gaga's French bulldogs on North Sierra Bonita Avenue in Los Angeles.

A pair of assailants jumped out of a vehicle and assaulted Fischer before making off with two of Gaga's pets, Koji and Gustav, while another, Asia, was able to escape.

Five suspects were later arrested in connection with the incident after a woman returned the dogs safely.

According to the report by a news agency, those arrested were unaware of the fact that the dogs belonged to Gaga, and that they targeted the animals only for their high value.

After the attack, Gaga offered a $500,000 reward for the safe return of her dogs, and released a statement praising Fischer's heroism. "I continue to love you Ryan Fischer, you risked your life to fight for our family. You're forever a hero."

Subsequently, Fischer's recovery has been both physical and emotional, according to an Instagram post.

He revealed that in addition to having a portion of his lung removed, he's often confronted by people who force him to recall the trauma, saying things like, "You're Ryan! You got shot. You were shot! Where were you shot? Where'd they shoot you?"

"It's a strange thing to be known for a trauma that I'm still healing from. People want to reach out, share in my pain for a moment, and then walk away, leaving me to relive it again," Fischer recalled.

Almost after six months after Ryan Fischer was shot while taking care of Lady Gaga's entertainer's pets, he has launched a GoFundMe campaign with the aim of raising enough money to purchase a van so he can continue traveling the country in search of healing methods 'that support the process of growing from trauma'.

According to Fischer, he has left his Hollywood Hills home to drive across the United States in a 1991 Ford Falcon as he dealt with 'long bouts of depression and doubt and self-pity' and visited friends, family, and new places that added towards his growth journey. The car, however, is no longer in working condition after two months of use, and his money-raising attempts are dedicated to securing a new vehicle so that he can continue with the rest of his journey.
Contrary to popular beliefs, an (extra) apple a day can make one gain 10lbs. Also, 'calorie creep'--a term used for overeating, even by 50 to 100 calories regularly, that eventually leads to weight gain.

Many of us have believed for a long time that the general calorie-intake limit we should stick to is 2,000 a day for women, and 2,500 for men. And, despite all the tracking we do, it’s easy and quite possible to exceed the aforementioned limit without even realizing.

This phenomenon is called 'calorie creep'. It occurs when one consumes more calories than they burn each day.

"Calorie creep describes the slow, steady effect of the extra items we consume each day, many of which you might not realize are contributing, bit by bit, to an excess of calories," explains Sophie Medlin, reportedly, a dietitian at City Dietitians in London and chair of the British Dietetic Association's London branch.

"It could be a coffee shop latte, the extra biscuit you have with your tea — even an extra apple. It’s a common reason why people gain weight year after year," she goes on to add.

Yes, these foods are not the same and the apple provides one with more health benefits than a biscuit. But, as long as you are exceeding the daily calorie limit, it can lead to calorie creep anyway.

Theoretically, every extra 3,500 calories you eat is equivalent to a weight gain of 1lb.

There may also be other individual factors that increase the impact of calorie creep, reports claim.

For instance, a 2017 study in the International Journal of Obesity showed that the type of bacteria in our stomach might make a difference to how many calories we absorb from foods, and have an overall impact on weight gain.

Additionally, an increase in weight over time might not be as linear as numbers suggest, as the more you weigh, the more calories you burn (because your body needs more energy to function).

A 'cookie habit' that caused you to gain 2lb over a year at 10st might not result in the same weight gain once you reach 11st.

The trick to understand as to why the scales are going up despite no obvious overeating, looking into the various sources of calorie creep is a good place to start.

One apple can have an excess calorie of 95, which could result in a weight gain of 9.9lb. "This proves that any food, if eaten in excess, can contribute to weight gain. But I wouldn’t suggest that you have to cut this out of your daily intake to address calorie creep, as apples provide gut-friendly fibre and nutrients that support immunity, such as vitamin C. However, some people find that eating fruit alone between meals can make them hungrier — adding a little protein, such as a square of feta cheese, can help," further explains Sophie Medlin.

Although he has lost his legal battle with his ex-wife Amber Heard in the United Kingdom that has reportedly caused problems in his acting career, Johnny Depp will now get a second libel trial to show he didn’t physically abuse her, reports confirm.

On Tuesday, a Virginia judge reportedly ruled that the decision last November in Depp’s suit against the publisher of The Sun shouldn’t impact his second case against Heard over an opinion-editorial piece published in the Washington Post.

Amber Heard is being sued in that latter case over a December 2018 column where had written, “I became a public figure representing domestic abuse, and I felt the full force of our culture’s wrath for women who speak out.”

This suit in Virginia was expected to go to trial first, but owing to multiple delays, Depp’s U.K. case went on trail instead.
In the U.K., the actor has sued over a news item that had labelled him a 'wife beater'. After a trial that lasted weeks, Judge Andrew Nicol found substantial truth to the article in The Sun, specifically with regards to 14 incidents that happened during the troubled marriage, reports said.

The ruling, which Depp was unsuccessful in getting overturned through appeal, left him in the atypical position of arguing he didn’t get everything he wanted in the country, which has allegedly been the case for libel tourism since the burden of proof is on the defendant and not the complainant. Also, public figures needn’t show actual malice, says a report.

Amber Heard, in turn, has argued that the Virginia court should recognize the U.K. court judgment, and since both actions centered on whether Depp was a domestic abuser, declare the matter already adjudicated.

In an opinion on Tuesday, Fairfax County Chief Judge Penney Azcarate reportedly rejected Heard’s motion because of the lack of privity. While Heard may have argued that her interests were aligned with The Sun, the judge says those interests weren’t identical.

"The Sun‘s interests were based on whether the statements the newspaper published were false," she has reportedly written. "(Heard’s) interests relate to whether the statements she published were false."

In examining whether the U.S. and U.K. have judicial systems to the extent that Depp shouldn’t be in a state to re-litigate his claim of not being a domestic abuser, the judge later notes that Heard wasn’t a party in the U.K. case and wasn’t subject to the same discovery rules.

"In fact, Defendant could not have been a named defendant to the U.K. litigation because her allegedly defamatory statements were made after the U.K. action commenced," the judge added.

Last month, Heard’s lawyer argued that if Virginia court didn’t accept the U.K. judgment, there would be nothing to stop Depp from bringing new cases anytime any publication repeated words: that he was a 'wife beater'.

"If anything, upholding English libel judgments in the United States would create the chilling effect and could create a dangerous precedent," the judge wrote.

Reportedly, the trial is scheduled for early next year and will also examine Heard’s counterclaims.
