A drunk driver hit a woman on a scooter in Rajasthan's Mount Abu, dragging her for several metres before finally being stopped by onlookers.
In a video, that appears to be from the CCTV of a shop, a white van is seen dragging a woman and her scooter.
A group of onlookers can be seen rushing towardsthe van and pulling the drunk man out.
