Several People complaining severe breathing were admitted to hospital in Uluberia, Howrah district following a chemical gas leak.

According to media reports twenty people have been taken to the hospital for a severe breathing problem.

About 100 people also complained burning sensation in their eyes and facing problem in breathing.

One person has also been arrested in charge of endangering human lives as the Police started investigating the matter.

Report say for now the leakage has been controlled by fire brigade personnel who immediately rushed to the area after receiving information.

Forensic experts will also visit the spot.
