TED Talks as virtually everybody knows are talks by people at the forefront of their industries.

The first person on TED Talks: India Nayi Soch spoke about slum rehabilitation.

The second spoke about an innovation that makes growing forests easier.

That was followed by a performance by music director Sneha Khanwalkar.

Next up was a scientist who talked of applied science.

That was followed by a talk on the importance of bringing up children in a gender-neutral fashion, especially in our patriarchal Indian society.
