Man in India's UP orders iPhone, kills delivery agent upon receiving it. Here's what happened

A man in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh ordered an iPhone online and killed the delivery agent upon receiving it. Citing the police, a report by the news agency PTI on Tuesday (Oct 1) said that the man, who hailed from Lucknow, committed the crime along with an accomplice.
The police said that the delivery agent's body was dumped into Lucknow's Indira Gandhi Canal and a team of the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) had been called to locate it.
The accused man was identified as Gajanan while his accomplice was identified asAkash.

DCP Singh said that on September 23, the delivery agent went to deliver the phone to Gajanan's place where he was killed by Gajanan and Akash. "After strangulating the delivery agent, they put his body in a sack and disposed it off in the Indira Canal,"Singh added.
The PTI report said that when the delivery agent did not return home for two days, his familyregistered a missing persons complaint on September 25 at the Chinhat police station.
Accomplice confesses to the crime
The report said that while scanning the victim's call details and trying to trace his location, police found Gajanan's number and managed to reach Akash.
DCP Singh told the news agency that during interrogation, Akash confessed to the crime."The State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) team is trying to find the body of the victim in the canal," he added.
