Following BJP's release of the second list of its candidates for the upcoming Karnataka polls, supporters of a party member, Shashil Namoshi, protested against the BJPfor not giving partyticketto their leader.
The former member of the Karnataka Legislative council, Shashil Namoshi, has been denied the party ticket for the upcoming election in the state to be held on May 12.
Disappointed on not finding his name in the list of candidates, Namoshi said thathe had been working for the party for a long time and therefore expected a ticket for contesting polls.

He said, " I've been working for the party for a long time, was shocked to hear my name is not there, I don't know what happened but it has hurt me".
The Bharatiya Janata Party on Monday released the second list of its candidates for the upcoming Karnataka elections.

On April 8, the party had released itsfirst list including 72 candidates.
