Two Jet Airways pilots who were grounded after they were caught fighting inside the cockpit has been terminated with immediate effect by the airlines. The decision of termination was taken after reviewing the events by the Jet Airways. Consequent to the review of the events on board Flight 9W 119 London-Mumbai of 01 January 2018, have terminated services of both the cockpit crew with immediate effect: Jet Airways — ANI (@ANI) January 9, 2018 × The pilots were travelling from London to Mumbai on January 3, when a senior pilot had allegedly slapped a female commander and following the incident the two were grounded by the airline. The flight landed safely in Mumbai with 324 passengers onboard which included 2 infants and 14 crew members. Spokesperson of Jet Airways explained that it was a case of misunderstanding between the cockpit crew and was resolved that time. After the incident was highlighted, the Director General of Civil Aviation had suspended the license of the male pilot and the two were de-rostered till the investigation ended.
