Delhi fog: Flights, trains delayed

Dense fog continued to hamper flight and train services in New Delhi today.

18 flights were delayed at the Delhi airport due to the prevailing fog conditions in the national capital.

Fifty-nine trains were delayed, 13 rescheduled and 21 cancelled because of fog and other operational reasons.

The bitter cold continued today with the temperature at 9-degree celsius.

Delhi has been covered with a heavy blanket of fog for the last few days leading to disruptions in flight and train operations due to low visibility.
