'The foundations are fairly fragile': Ange Postecoglou slams Tottenham fans after Man City pick decisive win
Tottenham Hotspur brought their home campaign in the Premier League to an abrupt end after they were beaten 2-0 by Manchester City on Tuesday (May 14). The defeatwhichnow sees City in pole position for the Premier League title ahead of theweekend’slast league gamealsocondemnedTottenham’sarch-rivals Arsenal to second place. While it was a losing end to the season, some Spurs fans celebrated the defeat as itdirectlydenied Arsenal an advantage in the Premier League title race.
After the match, Spurs manager Postecoglou was seen animated and questioned theclub’sfan foundation. According toPostecoglousome fans did not want Spurs to win and wanted Arsenal to come second in the title race.
