Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes has said that he will consider his future at the club but not before Euro 2024, to be held in Germany. The Portugal star and United captain has insisted that he is fully focused on the English club's FA Cup final, where they take on Manchester City on May 25 and then on the Euros. Amid speculation of him parting ways with United, when asked about his future, the 29-year-old Fernandes told Dazn Portugal, "I don't have thoughts for other things at the moment. It doesn't just depend on me."

Fernandes said, "So, if you want me to be very honest, if I have to think about not continuing in the Premier League, it won't be until after the Euros."

"We can end the season by winning the FA Cup, then we have the European Championship, which is very important for us," the United captain further opined.

Fernandes -- who has won just one trophy (i.e. the the Carabao Cup last season) since being part of United in 2020 -- further added, "Nothing will take my focus away from this end of the championship, the FA Cup and the European Championship. There is nothing more important than that at the moment."

The star midfielder further revealed that he feels wanted at the Old Trafford club. In this regard, he added, "A player always has to want to be here, but at the same time, you have to want him to stay. At the moment, I feel there's that on both sides."

"I'm not thinking too much about the future, not least because, obviously, this season hasn't been at the level I'd hoped for, either individually or collectively, so far," he concluded.
