A high-stakes inheritance battle over late industrialist Sunjay Kapur’s ₹30,000 crore estate took a dramatic turn on Monday, as his children with actor Karisma Kapoor, Samaira and Kiaan, alleged glaring irregularities in their father’s purported will before the Delhi High Court.

Appearing before Justice Jyoti Singh, Senior Advocate Mahesh Jethmalani, representing the siblings, claimed that the will, which allegedly leaves the majority of the estate to Kapur’s third wife Priya Sachdev Kapur and her son Azarias, was “fabricated, casual, and completely uncharacteristic” of the late businessman.

Also Read: Veteran actor Annu Kapoor under fire for remarks on Tamannaah Bhatia

“The document contains glaring errors. Karisma Kapoor's children, Samaira and Kiaan, have allegedly pointed out glaring irregularities in their father Sunjay Kapur’s will.

It misspells his son’s name multiple times and mentions the wrong address for his daughter. Sunjay Kapur, who had a warm relationship with his children, would never have written such a careless will,” Jethmalani told the court. ‘Digital tampering’ and mysterious WhatsApp exchanges Jethmalani argued that the will was digitally created and modified on another person’s system, not on Kapur’s. Citing metadata analysis, he claimed that the document was edited on March 17, 2025, on a computer belonging to Nitin Sharma, despite Kapur being vacationing in Goa with his son, Kiaan, on the same day.
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has finally addressed one of the most talked-about Bollywood controversies, his alleged feud with singer Arijit Singh. During the latest Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 19, the actor cleared the air, revealing that there was never any real animosity between them and that the misunderstanding had stemmed from his side.

Salman Khan addresses the long-standing rift

In a candid conversation with comedian Ravi Gupta on the show, Salman laughed off the comparisons between Gupta and Arijit, before setting the record straight. He said, “Arijit aur main bahut acche dost hai. Jo misunderstanding thi, meri side se thi. Uske baad usne gaane bhi kiye mere liye. Tiger 3 mein kiya tha, ab Galwan mein kar raha hai.” (“Arijit and I are very good friends. The misunderstanding was from my side. To cope, she said she “created a caricature” of herself, a hyper-glamorous persona that allowed her to survive under scrutiny. “People weren’t talking about me,” she said. “They were talking about the character I created. In a way, that saved me.”

But over time, she admitted that she began to lose her real identity in that act. “I became that caricature,” she reflected. “I was pushed to embrace it, and I lost myself in the process.”

Also Read: Why Diane Keaton sold her $29M home despite a $100M fortune

Moving forward and finding hope

Stodden divorced Hutchison in 2020 after several separations during their nine-year relationship. In December 2024, she married television producer Jared Safier in a small, intimate ceremony, describing the union as a fresh start.

“He’s shown me what a healthy love looks like,” Stodden said. “I don’t know if I’ll ever fully trust again, but I feel safe with him, and that’s something I never thought I’d feel.”

A call for change

Stodden continues to use her platform to advocate for stronger protections against child marriage and raise awareness of the issue that she says is too often ignored. “The scariest part is that I’m not alone,” she said. “So many people reach out to me with their own horror stories. This isn’t just my trauma, it’s a national problem hiding in plain sight.”

Courtney Stodden has recently opened up about her trauma of being married at 16, and she hopes her 'As I Was a Child Bride: The Courtney Stodden Story' will spark long-overdue conversations about child marriage laws in America.

Model and singer Courtney Stodden is shedding light on what she calls “America’s dirty little secret”- child marriage, while reflecting on her own disturbing experience of marrying actor Doug Hutchison at just 16 years old. In a recent interview with Fox News Digital, Stodden recounted how her teenage marriage quickly turned exploitative, revealing that she became the breadwinner in a relationship with a man 35 years older than her. “People have a misconception that I married for money,” Stodden said. “I was a child making money for a man older than my dad. And I couldn’t talk about it then, I just kept it all inside.” Also Read: Wonder Man trailer out: Marvel mixes Hollywood satire with superhero action, release date inside

Determined to land the lead role, Simon dives headfirst into the chaos of Hollywood, chasing stardom while navigating its absurdities and illusions.

Fans are also treated to the return of Sir Ben Kingsley as Trevor Slattery, the washed-up thespian first seen impersonating the Mandarin in Iron Man 3 and later in Shang-Chi. His inclusion adds a witty and nostalgic touch, bridging the MCU’s past and present with humour and emotional depth.

Also Read: Why Diane Keaton sold her $29M home despite a $100M fortune

A Meta take on Marvel storytelling

With its blend of self-aware humour and emotional storytelling, Wonder Man stands out for its clever deconstruction of the superhero mythos. The series reimagines Simon Williams not just as a man of power, but as an artist confronting the blurred line between performance and authenticity.

In the comics, Wonder Man, created by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, and Don Heck in 1964, was introduced as the heir to an industrial empire who gains superhuman powers after being manipulated by Baron Zemo. Initially an enemy of the Avengers, Simon later finds redemption and becomes one of their most loyal members. The Disney+ adaptation takes that foundation and transposes it to modern Hollywood, turning his journey into a sharp, satirical reflection on fame and identity.

Also Read: Who was Fede Dorcaz? Cleary. The ensemble promises a dynamic mix of drama, comedy, and introspection.

Originally slated for late 2025, Wonder Man will now premiere on January 27, 2026, exclusively on Disney+.
