Vijay Sethupathi unveiled the trailer for Aindham Vedham, an upcoming series directed by L Nagarajan, known for Marmadesam. The show, starring Sai Dhansika and Santosh Pratap in lead roles, is set to debut on ZEE5 on October 25.

The trailer

Aindham Vedham shows Anu's (Sai Dhansika) journey to Varanasi to perform her mother's final rites. En route, she encounters a mysterious figure who gives her an ancient relic, urging her to deliver it to a priest in Tamil Nadu. This artefact may hold the key to unlocking the mysterious and undecoded Fifth Veda. Despite her initial reluctance, Anu's destiny-driven mission leads her into a village rife with hidden agendas and escalating tensions. As she navigates this unknown path, she discovers that others are also desperate to acquire the relic, which results in a series of deadly confrontations. With time running short and an unknown pursuer on her trail, Anu must race to complete her mission and evade impending danger.

The trailer shows Dhansika being given the responsibility of delivering a highly secretive item which makes her a target from all directions due to this prized object. While she attempts to evade this responsibility, it appears that supernatural forces prevent her escape.

The cast of the series

The cast of Aindham Vedham also includes Vivek Rajagopal, YG Mahendran, Ponvannan, Krisha Kurup, Ramji, Devadarshini, and Mathew Varghese in significant roles. The series' technical team comprises cinematographer Srinivasan Devarajan and music composer Revaa.

Abirami Media Works is behind the production, bringing together actors like Y G Mahendra, Krisha Kurup, Ramjee, Devadarshini, Mathew Varghese, and Ponvannan. Viewers will have the option to watch the series in either Tamil or Telugu languages.
