Sobhita Dhulipala, Naga Chaitanya's wedding invite: Reflection of traditions, culture

ActorsSobhita Dhulipalaand Naga Chaitanya commenced their pre-wedding festivities last month as they are going to be married in December 2024. Many photos of their wedding invites have surfaced on social media.
The wedding card is simple and traditional. It showcases a temple in the backdrop, with banana leaves on the borders. There are temple bells on top, also denoting the piousness of a marriage, with lit diyas on the bottom of the invite. The family details are mentioned as well, along with the names of the bride and groom.
The wedding is set to take placeon December 4, 2024.
With the card, the wedding guests have also received a small hamper that consists of food items, clothes, flowers and a scroll. An official announcement regarding Sobhita andNaga Chaitanya's wedding venue is yet to be made.
Last month, Sobhita took to Instagram and shared pictures from a ceremony called Pasupu Danchadam. "Godhuma Raayi Pasupu Danchadam And so it begins," she captioned the post.
Sobhita was seen donning a saree with a gold and green border. In the photos, she was surrounded by the women of her household.

Pasupu means turmeric, and danchadam signifies crushing. The phrase roughly translates to "crushing wheat, stone, and turmeric together." In the images, Sobhita was seen crushing turmeric. It is a traditional Telugu pre-wedding ceremony that highlightsthe beginning of wedding festivities.
Chaitanya and Sobhita got engaged at a private ceremony in Hyderabad in the presence of the couple's families and friends in August 2024. Nagarjuna took to X to formally share this news with a picture from their engagement ceremony.
