Things have gone even more south for Sean “Diddy” Combs as he’s to be hit with 120 more sexual assault allegations. The new set of lawsuits are expected to be filed for sexual assault and sex trafficking.
On October 1, Tony Buzbee, a lawyer for the accusers, said that he represents several men and women who accuse Sean Diddy Combs of sex crimes dating back to 1991. The lawyer stated that many of them complain of being drugged and raped and that “many people trying to break into the industry were coerced into this type of conduct under the promise of becoming a star.”
Tony said in a press conference that these lawsuits when filed will expose a lot of high profile people. The lawsuits will name companies and individuals who were allegedly aware of and profited byturning a blind eye to Combs’ misconduct. The lawsuits will also name banks, pharmaceutical companies and hotels including Bad Boy Entertainment and its president Harve Pierre, Universal Music Group and Epic Records.
“I expect through this process, many powerful people will be exposed,” Buzbee said. “Many dirty secrets will be revealed.”
When the lawsuits get filed Sean could face as many as 132 lawsuits involving allegations of sexual assault. The accusers notably are both men and women who are located across 25 states, with the majority residing in California, New York, Georgia and Florida.
The youngest accuser was nine-year-old and another14 at the time of the alleged incidents, according to the lawyers, who said that 25 of the 120 individuals who’ll sue Combs were minors.
Currently, Diddy is in jail after beingdenied bail twice. His lawyers have applied for a freshbail again. The federal prosecutors have charged him with sex trafficking and racketeering for directing a vast criminal enterprise through which he assaulted and trafficked women with the help of his various business associates since at least 2008.
